Ebrahim Kaabipour bought an 18-year-old 6,100-square-foot 7-Eleven Convenience Store and Gas Station, on 1-acre, at 6495 S. Pecos Road in Las Vegas for $2,836,000, or $465-per-square-foot, from Argyris Enterprises LLC and JoAnn Argyris. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of represented the seller.
