Los Angeles-based Langdon Street Capital bought the 36-year-old 300-unit Emerald Park Apartments, on 12.29 acres, at 4545 Pennwood Avenue in Las Vegas for $11,730,000, or $39,100-per-unit, from Emerald Park LLC. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Doug Schuster, Curt Allsop, and Vittal Ram represented the seller. Sale of the two-story 193,780-square-foot complex equals$61-per-square-foot. The multifamily property underwent over $200,000 in upgrades during the last 12 months.
