EBR Group signed a 49-month, $264,257 lease for 6,360 square feet of industrial space inside KTR Capital Partners’ Arrowhead Commerce Center at 6290 S. Pecos Road, Suite 300 and 400, in Las Vegas. Colliers International’s Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty and Chris Lane represented the lessor, KTR LV IV LLC. The reported average rent equals 85 cents per square foot triple net.
