SBR Properties LLC bought the 14-year-old 4,350-square-foot Aspen Glen Professional Center at 8250 W. Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas for $550,000, or $126-per-square-foot, from Kozko LLC. Realty One Group’s Charles Martin represented the buyer; Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft, and Zac Zaher represented the seller.
