New Deal Carl’s Jr LLC and New Deal-Seabreeze LLC bought the 11-year-old 134,321-square-foot Sea Breeze Village, on 13 acres, at 1700-1752 N Buffalo Drive and 7598 Vegas Drive in Las Vegas for $17,350,000, or $129-per-square-foot, from Sea Breeze Village LLC and Sea Breeze Village II LLC. Virtus Commercial’s Chris Emanuel and Jeff Mitchell represented both the buyer and seller.
