NAIOP Southern Nevada presents “Downtown: Development keeps coming! The latest on DTLV” at its monthly breakfast meeting. The program will be moderated by Steve Neiger, Colliers International associate vice president. Speakers include Chris Clifford, senior vice president and principal of the Intersection Redevelopment Project at Colliers International; John Curran, senior vice president of development for Dapper Development; and Ryan Smith, acting director of economic and urban development for the City of Las Vegas. The meeting is sponsored by Martin-Harris Construction.
The panel of Downtown Las Vegas development experts will discuss the boom of new projects, both large and small, in the city’s core. Over the past decade, the area has experienced a renaissance, with plans to revitalize and reinvent the heart of the city.
This month’s breakfast will be a hybrid presentation where attendees can choose to attend in person at the Orleans Hotel & Casino or virtually, through Zoom. The presentation will be live.
