Tom and Rosie Buntic bought a 7,000-square-foot freestanding office building, on 0.70 acres, inside Patrick Business Park at 6166 Sandhill Road in Las Vegas for $425,000, or $61 per square foot, from Bank of Nevada. The single-story block building was formerly owned and occupied by LM Construction. The Buntics, who own Realty 360, invested $150,000 into upgrading and converting the 17-year-old facility into the Sandhill Executives Office Suites. Eco-friendly space is available from 80 square feet to 500 square feet in size, priced from $250 to $1,400 a month full service gross.
