Beltway 4.77 LLC bought a 9.55-acre vacant parcel at the northeast corner of Buffalo Drive and the 215 Beltway in Las Vegas for $2,473,585, or $259,014-per-acre, from 2010-1 CRE NV-Land LLC. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Michael Stuart represented the seller.
