Blue Bell Creameries bought 2.3 acres of land at the northeast corner of Olsen Street and Eagle Rock in Henderson for $600,000, or $260,870-per-acre, from Olsen Land Development LLC. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Ben Millis and Chris Beets of represented the seller; Colliers International’s Jerry Doty represented the buyer.
