The Nevada chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) named Crescent Real Estate’s 3770 Howard Hughes Parkway in Hughes Center as “the Office Building of the Year” with less than 100,000 square feet. The three-story, 63,758-square-foot Class A office building was honored at BOMA’s annual TOBY awards, which took place Tuesday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas. Completed in 1986, the 68-acre Hughes Center master-planned complex consists of 10 office buildings totaling 1.4 million square feet of office space, with seven restaurants, a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, and the 84-unit ParkTowers condominiums.BOMA: Hughes Center “Office Building of the Year”
