Thomas Day bought a 14-year-old 7,875-square-foot Buca Di Beppo restaurant building, on 1.17 acres, at 7690 W. Lake Mead Boulevard in Las Vegas for $3.3 million, or $419-per-square-foot, from Richmond-Southpoint 10 LLC. Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Jeff Berg and Mica Berg represented the seller; Realty One Group’s Robert Papania represented the buyer. Buca Di Beppo has 10 years left on a net lease.
