Remon Halteh bought an 8-year-old 5,042-square-foot office building, on 0.43 acres, inside McLeod Business Centre at 6260 McLeod Drive in Las Vegas for $800,000, or $159-per-square-foot, from Martinez Development. Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Lisa Hauger and Tim Behrendt represented the seller; Scarborough Properties’ Ted Scarborough represented the buyer.
