Vegas 2325 LLC bought a 20-year, 3,379-square-foot former Burger King, on 0.65 acres, at 450 N. Sandhill Blvd. in Mesquite for$560,000, or $166 per square foot, from HKM Nevada Properties LLC. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Dan Hubbard and Todd Manning represented the seller; CB Richard Ellis’ Christina Strickland represented the buyer.
