Burke Construction Group is building the 5.5-megawatt, 34,000-square-foot Cobalt Cheyenne Data Center at 7710 W. Cheyenne Ave. in Las Vegas. This multi-tenant complex, designed by Ethos Three Architecture and Harris Consulting Engineers, consists of 500 cabinets and support up to 600 watts per sq. ft. The high fiber connection facility has six backup generators. The $45 million complex is scheduled for completion in late November.
