The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) has partnered with Xceligent, Inc. to launch a commercial real estate information service in Southern Nevada, starting Jan. 1, 2013. Within the next 32 months, Xceligent will provide its commercialreal estate information in the 65 largest U.S. markets; Las Vegas will be the company’s 38th market. “After many years of relying on a broker-loaded exchangeof commercial real estate listings, we have decided to evolve the services available to our members,” CALV President Nancy Anderson said. “Xceligent’sproactive model will provide CALV members with market analytics, propertyinformation, all active lease and sale listings, verified sales comparables, verified tenant information, lease comps and demographics.”CALV Partners with Xceligent to Launch Service
