Cameron General Contractors bought 6.98 acres of vacant land at the northwest corner of Grand Canyon Drive and Peace Way in Las Vegas for $3.4 million, or $487,106-per-square-foot, from Roseco LLC. Colliers International’s Michael Stuart represented the buyer; JA Kennedy’s Joseph Kennedy represented the seller.
