ValleyViewCommerceCenterCarousel Industries of North America signed a 1-year, $10,656 lease for 1,776 square feet of industrial space inside Valley View Commerce Center at 5130 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 110, in Las Vegas. Colliers International’s Pat Marsh represented the lessor, Valley View Commerce Center LLC; Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Dan Palmeri represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals 50 cents per square foot triple net.
