KB Home LV Laurel Hills LLC bought 20 acres of vacant land at the southeast corner of Grand Canyon Drive and Wigwam Avenue in Las Vegas for $7,850,000, or $392,500-per-acre, from Harmony 19, LLC, Tock 10, LLC and Tock 5, LLC. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the buyer.
