FPA4 Casa Del Sol LLC bought the 37-year-old 148-unit Casa Del Sol apartments, on 6.08 acres, at 5100 Obannon Drive in Las Vegas for $7.7 million, or $52,027-per-unit, from Central Park Apartments LLC. Marcus & Millichap’s Perry White and Brett Beck represented the seller. The two-story 124,072-square-foot property sold for $62-per-square-foot.
