IKEA is building a 351,000-square-foot retail store, on 26 acres, at Durango Drive and Sunset Road in Las Vegas. The outlet will features 10,000 designed items, with 50 inspirational room-settings, three model home interiors, a supervised children’s play area, and a 450-seat restaurant. Located on the northern side of the 215 Beltway, the store is scheduled to open in the summer of 2016.
