CBRE Las Vegas announces today the sale of 33,302 square feet at Premier Plaza located at 4425-4465 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita Winkel, CCIM and M. Laura Hart of CBRE represented the seller, Sun Life Assurance Co., in the $4,025,000 transaction. The buyer, who wished to remain anonymous, was represented by Salina Ramirez of Commercial Executives.
According to Fujita, the transaction is indicative of a growing trend of investors taking advantage of competitive rates in the multi-tenant class B and C office space, acquiring debt and reaping solid returns.
