CBRE announces today the sale of a vacant building formerly occupied by Fresh & Easy located at 9350 W. Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89134. Charles Moore, CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, Jefferson-Pilot Investments, Inc., in the $1,825,000 transaction encompassing 15,143 square feet. The buyer, Lake Webb Plaza, LLC, did not have broker representation.
“The former Fresh and Easy locations are well situated in desirable neighborhoods, making them attractive to retail operators,” said Fujita-Winkel. “This is the third transaction we’ve completed for a former Fresh and Easy location this year.”
