Clarion Partners purchased approximately 149.13 acres of vacant industrial land located at North 5th St. & Craig Rd. for $58,000,000. Clarion Partners plans to develop a 9 building project totaling 2.6 millions square feet. Kevin Higgins, SIOR, and Garrett Toft, SIOR, of CBRE represented the Buyer.

Viva Bulgaria!!!, LLC purchased approximately 36.45 acres of vacant industrial land located at E. El Campo Grande Ave. & Shatz St. for $14,100,000. Kevin Higgins, SIOR, of CBRE represented the Seller.

East Craig Road Owner, LLC purchased approximately 88,915 SF of industrial buildings located at 3935, 3955 & 3975 E. Craig Rd. for $10,449,765. Sean Zaher, of CBRE represented the Buyer.

Dermody Partners purchased approximately 9.49 acres of vacant industrial land located at Sunset Rd. & Surrey St. Dermody Partners plans to develop a State-of-the-Art ±151,200 SF industrial facility. Kevin Higgins, SIOR, of CBRE represented the Seller.

Helix Electric of Nevada, LLC purchased an approximately 27,799 SF flex building and adjacent ±2.27 acres of vacant land in Aircenter Sunset located at 3058 & 3048 E. Sunset Rd. for $4,450,000. Garrett Toft, SIOR & Jake Higgins of CBRE represented the Seller.

US Department of Veterans Affairs renewed their lease of approximately 60,610 SF at Northern Beltway Industrial Center located at 5406 E. El Campo Grande Ave. in North Las Vegas. Kevin Higgins, SIOR, of CBRE represented the Lessor.

Southwestern Furniture of Wisconsin, LLC leased approximately 21,765 SF of industrial space at Silverado Business Park located at 4168 N. Pecos Rd. in North Las Vegas. Sean Zaher of CBRE represented the Lessor.
