Prologis, L.P. purchased approximately 163.01 acres of vacant industrial land located at Apex I-15 & N. Las Vegas Blvd. for $132 million. Kevin Higgins, SIOR, of CBRE represented the seller and Garrett Toft, SIOR, of CBRE represented the buyer.

 

REIF III – 4720 N. Lamb Blvd, LLC purchased and approximately 100,125 sq. ft. industrial building located at 4720 N. Lamb Blvd. for $16.9 million. Sean Zaher of CBRE represented the buyer.

 

Apex US 93, LLC purchased approximately 28.74 acres of vacant industrial land located at Us 93 & Apex Power Pkwy. For $2.874 million. Garrett Toft, SIOR, of CBRE represented the buyer.

EBS Realty Partners, LLC purchased approximately 21.41 acres of vacant industrial land located at Apex Power Pkwy. south of US 93 for $2.0 million. Sean Zaher of CBRE represented the buyer.

 

PDC/Reno/LV/PHX LPIV, LLC purchased approximately 2.39 acres of vacant industrial land located at E. Carey Ave. & Betty Ln. for $1.75 million. Sean Zaher of CBRE represented the buyer.

 

GKT Acquisitions, LLC purchased approximately 4.61 acres of vacant industrial land located at I-15 south of Sloan Rd. for $1.35 million. Kevin Higgins, SIOR, of CBRE represented the seller.

An undisclosed user leased approximately 656,267 sq. ft. of industrial space at North 15 Logistics II located at 5550 E. El Campo Grande Ave. in North Las Vegas. Garrett Toft, SIOR, of CBRE represented the lessor.

 

An undisclosed user leased approximately 182,520 sq. ft. of industrial space at Post 215 Logistics located at 6705 W. Post Rd. in Las Vegas. Garrett Toft, SIOR, of CBRE represented the lessor.

 

Derse, Inc. renewed their lease of approximately 133,400 sq. ft. of industrial space at Las Vegas Corporate Center #18 located at 3200 E. Gowan Rd. in North Las Vegas. Garrett Toft, SIOR, and Jeremy Green, SIOR, of CBRE represented the lessee.

 

Unicity International, Inc. sub-leased approximately 109,290 sq. ft. of flex space at UNLV Harry Reid Research and Technology Park located at 8350 Briova Dr. in Las Vegas. Jake Higgins of CBRE represented the sublessee.
