The Sackley Family Trust bought the 52-year-old, 80-unit Cedar Arms Apartments, on 1.57 acres, at 2501 Cedar Avenue and 2512 Mesquite Avenue in Las Vegas for $2 million, or $25,000-per-unit, from Masuda-Morita Partnership. NAI Vegas’s Patrick Sauter, Devin Lee, and Art Carll represented the seller.
