Las Vegas Residential Properties LLC bought the 34-year-old 200-unit Corona Apartments, on 7.8 acres, at 4600 and 4700 E. Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas for $6.25 million, or $31,250-per-unit, from GMACCM Note Pass Through 2001 LLC. NAI Vegas’ Patrick Sauter, Devin Lee and Art Carll represented the seller. Sale of the seven-building, 164,000-square-foot complex equals $38-per-square-foot.
