Miracle Day Investments bought the 10-year-old, 35,494-square-foot Centennial Pavilion, on 3.28 acres, at 7800 – 7830 W. Ann Road in Las Vegas for $3.1 million, or $87-per-square-foot, from court appointed received Greg Williams of Trident Pacific Real Estate Group. The two-building strip retail property was 60% occupied at the time of sale. CB Richard Ellis’s Charles Moore and Marlene Fujita Winkel represented the receiver.
