LAS VEGAS (March 26, 2020) – Colliers International | Las Vegas announced that two of its brokers, Mike Mixer, SIOR and Grant Traub, SIOR, have been recognized by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for their 2019 real estate transactions.
Every year, SIOR, a leading global professional office and industrial real estate association that has more than 3,400 members in 686 cities and 38 countries, rewards its members who have earned top transactions throughout the association.
Mixer and Traub were both recognized in the member-to-member category for having the largest dollar volume transaction with the collaborative sale of a 50,747-square-foot alternative space for $21.1 million. Mixer was also awarded in an additional category for having the largest non-member-to-member dollar volume transaction with a 60-acre sale of land for $130 million.
