Mike Mixer, executive managing director of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced that the company’s 22nd Annual Links for Life Charity Golf Tournament raised more than $80,000 for various children’s charities in Southern Nevada. Colliers International singlehandedly donated $25,000 to support Links for Life’s charitable efforts in Las Vegas.
The 22nd Annual Links for Life Charity Golf Tournament was held May 5th at the Anthem Country Club. Benefactors from across Southern Nevada had an enjoyable day on the course while helping to raise money for numerous children’s charities.
“It is a great pleasure to host the Links for Life Charity Golf Tournament each year,” Mixer said. “We are extremely thrilled that our event has become one of the most engaging charitable events in Las Vegas, but most importantly, we are honored to be able to help so many great children’s organizations and causes with the support of our staff and generous sponsors.”

The Links for Life Foundation is corporately sponsored by Colliers International. Since its inception in 1995, Links for Life has contributed more than $2.5 million to local children’s charities, including Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada, St. Baldrick’s Foundation, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, Three Square Food Bank and Create a Change Now.
The annual charitable golf tournament has primarily funded the Links for Life Foundation. In 2010, Colliers International introduced additional events to allow more people to get involved and contribute to the company’s charitable efforts. In addition to the golf tournament, Links for Life hosts poker tournaments, wine and dine charity dinners, and clothing and school supply drives.
