LAS VEGAS (June 23, 2022) – Colliers International Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following Sale & Lease Transactions:

Completed Sale Transactions

  • A sale to KAE Investments LLC. The ±4.04-acre land parcel is located in the prominent Grand Flamingo Center near W. Flamingo Road & the I-215 Beltway with freeway visibility. The transaction amount was $3,650,000.00. Steven D. Haynes in partnership with The Thill, Dillon & McInerney Office Team consisting of Taber Thill, SIOR, Patti Dillon, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the seller, Offbeltway, LLC.
  • A sale to Verlaine LLC. The ±4.1-acre land parcel is located along W. Lone Mountain Road & N. Buffalo Drive in the Northwest submarket of Las Vegas, NV. The transaction amount was $1,000,000.00. Steven D. Haynes of Colliers International represented the seller, Rainbow Valley Estates Inc.
  • A sale to Mary Hunter Friendship Trust. The ±7,160 square foot industrial property on ±1.01 acres is located about ½ mile from I-15 Freeway access at 4245 Production Court, North Las Vegas, NV, the fastest growing industrial submarket in the Las Vegas market. The transaction amount was $1,414,204.00. Eric Molfetta, MBA and Amanda Irving of Colliers International represented the seller, Debrouwer Family Trust.
  • A sale to Leading Edge Ventures. The ±2.11-acre land parcel is located along N. Nellis Boulevard and E. Gowan Road in Las Vegas, NV. The transaction amount was $500,000.00. Al Twainy, CCIM and Jennifer Lehr, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Gowan Plaza & Crex Yamin, LLC.

Completed Lease Transactions

  • A lease to Barrick Gold of North America. The ±12,696 square foot office space is located within Plaza 8 at 2270 Corporate Circle, Suite 100 in Henderson, NV. The Thill, Dillon & McInerney Office Team consisting of Taber Thill, SIOR, Patti Dillon, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the lessee.
  • A lease to A New Concept Furniture for a 63.5-month term. The ±4,175 square foot retail space is located within Crossroads Plaza at 4975 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 101 in Las Vegas, NV. Al Twainy, CCIM and Jennifer Lehr, CCIM of Colliers International represented the lessor, Crossroads Plaza LV LLC.
  • A lease to Jam On It Basketball Academy, Inc. for a 37-month term. The ±4,132 square foot industrial space is located along the Cheyenne Technology Corridor within Northport Business Center at 3825 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Suite 607 in North Las Vegas, NV. The Telles Industrial Team represented the lessee and lessor. Gabe Telles and Chase Pavlov of Colliers International represented the lessor, MCA IGF Northport, LLC. Ryan Hendershot of Colliers International represented the lessee.
  • A lease to Diamond Digital, LLC for a 37-month term. The ±5,008 square foot industrial space is located along the Cheyenne Technology Corridor within Northport Business Center at 3945 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Suite 205 in North Las Vegas, NV. The Telles Industrial Team consisting of: Gabe Telles, Ryan Hendershot and Chase Pavlov of Colliers International represented the lessor, MCA IGF Northport, LLC.
  • A lease to Dr. Steven Fair for a 64-month term. The ±3,852 square foot retail space is located within Paradise Marketplace at 3810 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, NV. Al Twainy, CCIM and Jennifer Lehr, CCIM of Colliers International represented the lessor, Paradise Marketplace LLC.
  • A lease Nevada Orthotics & Prosthetics for a 36-month term. The ±4,034 square foot industrial space is located within Cheyenne Airport Center at 3395 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Suite 107-108 in North Las Vegas, NV. The Telles Industrial Team consisting of: Chase Pavlov, Ryan Hendershot and Gabe Telles of Colliers International represented the lessor, Cheyenne Owner, LLC.
  • A lease to Anna Marie’s for an 81-month term. The ±1,400 square foot retail space is located within Siena Town Center at 10170 W. Tropicana Avenue, Suite 152 in Las Vegas, NV. Al Twainy, CCIM and Jennifer Lehr, CCIM of Colliers International represented the lessor, Siena Town Plaza LP.
  • A lease to an undisclosed tenant. The ±984 square foot office space is located in the Southwest submarket within The Gramercy at 9275 W. Russell Road, Suite 210 in Las Vegas, NV. Stacy Shapiro, CCIM and Anna Dreyer of Colliers International represented the lessee.
