LAS VEGAS (June 30, 2022) – Colliers International Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following Sale & Lease Transactions:

Completed Sale Transactions

  • A sale to LLV Chinatown Plaza, LLC. The ±84,609 square foot multi-tenant retail center Chinatown Plaza is one of the most exciting and fascinating shopping centers in Las Vegas. Located in the heart of Chinatown at 4115-4275 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The transaction amount was $38,000,000.00. Chris Connell, SIOR, Angelina Scarcelli, CCIM, CPM and Grant Traub, SIOR of Colliers International represented the buyer.
  • A sale to Lior Yamit Retterath. The ±1.05-acre land parcel is located near W. Lone Mountain Road & N. Tioga Way within the Rainbow Valley Estate Lots in the Northwest submarket of Las Vegas, NV. The transaction amount was $260,000.00. Steven D. Haynes of Colliers International represented the seller, Rainbow Valley Estates Inc.

Completed Lease Transactions

  • A lease to Ironbound Projects, LLC for a 24-month term. The ±2,091 square foot office space is located in the prestigious community of Summerlin on the NWC of Charleston Boulevard and Hualapai Way at 10091 Park Run Drive in Las Vegas, NV. The Thill, Dillon & McInerney Office Team consisting of Patti Dillon, SIOR, Taber Thill, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the lessor, Albatross Partners, LLC.
