The transaction value was $3,622,800.   • A sale to Jose Garavito. The approximately 10,000 square foot industrial property is located at 4450 E. Cheyenne Ave. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $1,150,000. Alex Stanisic, Mike Willmore and Dean Willmore, SIOR of Colliers International represented the seller, 4450 Cheyenne LLC.
