29th Street Capital bought the 25-year-old, 208-unit Country Hills Apartments, on 8.86 acres, at 5400 Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas for $11.2 million, or $53,846 per unit, from Country Hills Apartments LLC. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Doug Schuster represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Garry Cuff represented the seller.
