TAG 8906 SR LLC bought a two-story 40,681-square-foot office building, on 2.25 acres, inside The Park at Spanish Ridge at 8906 Spanish Ridge Ave. in Las Vegas for $3.8 million, or $93-per-square-foot, from CML NV SR LLC. The Equity Group’s Brendan Keating represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Ryan Martin, Patti Dillon, Tom Stilley and Lizz Stilley represented the seller.
