Commerce Real Estate Solutions, an eight-market, 260-employee independent member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, will open an office in Reno on January 2. Commerce entered into an agreement with Trinity Commercial whose principal, Brian Armon, will serve as branch manager. The office will be located at 6121 Lakeside Drive, Suite 205, in southwest Reno. “This is a very strategic move for us to better serve our clients through this natural extension of our service areas in the Western United States,” said Commerce President and CEO Mike Lawson. “Finding Brian, Lance Faulstich and their team, came only after extensive research of the Reno market.”
