Dapper Companies sign Galaxy Theaters to The Bend

Dapper Companies, headed by local real estate developer J Dapper, announced the signing of Galaxy Theaters to The Bend, in addition to selling off three retail centers in the first quarter of 2018.

The Bend, a retail and office project on 10 acres on West Sunset Road between Durango Drive and Riley Street, will include 170,000 square feet of retail and a five-story office building. It will be the largest dining, entertainment and shopping campus in southwest Las Vegas.
