Dean Willmore has joined the Las Vegas office of Colliers International as an industrial division senior vice president. He will focus on industrial brokerage services, specializing in lease and sale negotiations of industrial properties, investments and land. Willmore is a previous president of the Nevada chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He also served a SIOR regional director of the organization’s Western Region. Willmore most recently served as a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce Real Estate Solutions.
