Decatur Blvd., Suite A-B, in Las Vegas. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Amy Ogden and Laura Hart represented the lessor, Lag B’Omer Realty Compliant ADA LP; NAI Las Vegas’ Tom Elkington represented the tenant. The reported average rent equals 65 cents per square foot.
