Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas for $3,850,000, or $104-per-square-foot, from Lag B’Omer Realty ADA Compliant LP. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty, Chris Lane, Jerry Doty, Mike DeLew, and Greg Pancirov represented the seller; Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented the buyer. The 100% occupied property had a 7.34% capitalization rate.
