FJM Vegas Holdings LLC bought the 16-year-old 74,240-square-foot Hacienda Crossing, on 4.12 acres, at 5275 Arville Street in Las Vegas for $5,372,000, or $72-per-square-foot, from Lag B’Omer Realty ADA Compliant LP. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty, Chris Lane, Jerry Doty, Mike DeLew, and Greg Pancirov represented the seller; Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented the buyer. The 77.5% occupied property had a 7.34% capitalization rate.
