The George A. Boukather Trust bought the 28,162-square-foot Decatur Car Center, on 2.15 acres, at 2003 S. Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas for $5.1 million, or $2,372,093-per-acre, from Decatur Car Care Associates LLP. Sun Commercial’s Jeff Berg and Mica Berg represented the buyer; Hanley Investment Group’s Bill Asher represented the seller. The property was 100% occupied at the time of sale.
