The Hamid and Christine Ravan Revocable Living Trust bought the 10-year-old 15,540-square-foot Desert Palms Plaza, on 1.1 acres, at 4825 and 4845 S. Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas for $4.9 million, or $315-per-square-foot, from Desert Palms Partners. Virtus Commercial’s Chris Emanuel represented the seller; KW Commercial’s Al Barbagallo represented the buyer.
