Weijan Qian bought a 3,264-square-foot industrial building inside Collins Business Park at 4354 E. Alexander Road in Las Vegas for $235,000, or $72-per-square-foot, from The Peter P. Chagares Revocable Trust. MDL Group’s James Griffis represented the seller and buyer.
