FN Flamingo LLC bought the two-story 31,026-square-foot Desert Springs Medical Plaza, on 3.68 acres, at 2121 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas for $2.3 million, or $74-per-square-foot, from HR Acquisition I Corp. Colliers International’s Stacy Scheer represented the seller; Colliers International’s Andrew Kilduff represented the buyer.
