Sansone Real Estate bought the 19-year-old 15,290-square-foot Pecos Professional Center, on 1.63 acres, at 105 N. Pecos Road in Henderson for $1.85 million, or $121-per-square-foot, from Asia American Investments. NAI Vegas’s Mark Musser and Eric Larkin represented the seller.
