Constantino Noval bought the 23-year-old 8,865-square-foot Desert Valley Therapy building, on 1 acre, at 1950 E. Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas for $1.46 million, or $165-per-square-foot, from Fran Glo Investments LLC. MDL Group’s Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling represented the seller; Gloria Levy represented the buyer.
