Northbrooke Retail LLC bought a 16,349-square-foot building inside the 11-year-old Northbrooke Retail Center, on 1.45 acres, at 4275 N. Rancho Drive in Las Vegas for $2,625,000, or $161-per-square-foot, from LV Northbrooke Partnership LLC. Sun Commercial’s Jeff Berg and Mica Berg represented the seller; Investco Real Estate Services represented the buyer. CommCap Advisors’ Adam Gregory placed the $1.7 million acquisition loan with a 4.625% interest rate fixed for 10 years.
