EHB Cos., developer of Las Vegas’ One Queensridge Place and Tivoli Village, today announced plans for a $350 million, 700,000 square-foot enclosed shopping mall called Las Vegas Renaissance. Scheduled to break ground in 2013, the development will be located on a 23.4-acre Boca Park parcel acquired in late 2010 for $11.75 million. Hardstone Construction is the general contractor. The lifestyle mall will feature three major department stores, select boutiques, national retailers and restaurant options. It’s scheduled to open in late 2015. EHB Plans $350 Million Enclosed Mall
