EV&A Architects named Matthew Burns vice president and part owner. He previously served as project manager and associate. A company employee since 2007, Burns previously worked for SCA Design and JMA Architecture Studios. Burns holds a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
