RM Properties of Nevada LLC bought the 14-year-old 33,729-square-foot Exhibitors Carpet Service building, on 2.55 acres, at 625 E. Pamalyn Ave. in Las Vegas for $2.4 million, or $71-per-square-foot, from Glicksberg LP II. Colliers International’s Eric Molfetta and Dean Willmore represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Dan Doherty and Chris Lane represented the seller.
